J. Glasgow ( MiddleTennessee ) We purchased this mower last summer season [2009]. I delayed commenting because I wanted to put it to work first. This mower did a good job on side discharge, mulching, and bagging. The bag did seem to be a little awkward to get on and off. Most of the time we used the mulching feature. The only "choking" experience we had was in very tall, wet grass. An unexpected bonus was its rollability. It was noticeably much easier to move than was our previous B&D electric. It is also relatively easy to clean, because it usually would "scour out" by itself. I could, and would, recommend this mower for any corded lawn use.

C. van Dijk ( Arlington, MA ) I was using a manual push-mower, but got tired of going over and over the same areas to have it cut just a few blades each time. Mostly it just made them lay down until I finished, then they all popped back up again. So I switched to this. I also use this to cut up my leaves and bag them for me. Then I can put them in a wire cylinder and since they are mulched they will compost faster. No more raking, bagging and dragging to the street. I just mow and dump in the cylinder.
Other reviewers talk about how quiet it is. Since I am used to the noiseless manual push mower, it sounded loud to me, but not nearly as loud as those awful leaf blowers.

Edwin Mueller ( California, USA ) I am vary happy with my new lawn mower. It arrived when promised and required no assembly. A real "plug and go" product. It does a fine job and the controls are easy to understand and operate. The best part is no more gas cans, no more spilled gas on clothing or lawn, and no more noise. I was able to carry on a conversation with my wife and continue mowing. It's nice and quiet.

Kevin G. Downes ( NYC ) Excellent lawn mower for the money. This mower mulches,bags and side discharges. The body is very sturdy made out of metal. Most others in this price range are plastic. One lever height adjustment. Overall I would rate this mower best in class. KD in NYC
