Yes, easy to reach, no prime minister. Stopped working at just 5 minutes after the first boot. The reason is that this engine can easily exhaust the grass cut and just cut the grass harvested in the cutting chamber and finally choked the engine. Lawn-Boy bought this with some reluctance over a year ago I had lasted only a few years and never cut well. The wheels are too complicated and the shift to accommodate the side kick. However ... I have not had any problems with this engine uses during the 4 so far. I have a city with many trees and are very happy with the way this makes my engine look like the lawn and leaf bags. The bag is a bit 'small, but I expected that, as he is not a riding mower. The machine is lightweight, easy to push, easy to get (pull 1), and seems to be very easy to maintain. The mower works well and does a good job on the lawn. I'm happy! It 'was easy to assemble. I like to have more depth. I found that the collector-bag is a bit 'difficult to remove if it gets too full. I need to empty soon ... something you learn to use it.
