Deb Texas ( Ft. Worth Tx ) I guess you get what you pay for. The Yard Machine was the cheapest lawn mower at our local Home Depot and that's all I could afford. I used it for a month and then it wouldn't start. Just died after you primed it. Took it in and they said the carburator needed cleaning and that I used old gas, but I had bought it at the beginning of the mowing season. Started right up when I got it back, but I decided to use up all the gas in the old machine and it sat for about a month. You guessed it. When I went to start it up, it did the same thing again. I don't know if I got a bad motor or what but I am thoroughly disgusted with its performance. At this rate, I will have paid for two thirds of the purchase price in repair costs.

C. Brown ( South Louisiana ) I bought this lawnmower to replace one that my son "borrowed", with the intentions of swapping with him, I didn't think this mower was as good as it turned out to be. It has no bells and whistles, but is perfect for my small lawn. I couldn't find anything locally (end of season) that compared with the price.

B. Briggs ( West Texas ) I bought this mower for my son in October. He just now needs to mow his grass and opens the box to put the lawn mower together. He finds the hardware pack missing and is not able use his mower. He will call the 1-800 number that was in the box and see if they will send him a hardware pack so he can put it together, MTD said it was not their problem, I sent Amazon an email and they resolved the problem prompt and fast.....They are a excellent company......
