Disposable Income ( King of Prussia, PA ) Let's see ... To start, the mower could not function outside the box. Just flat-out does not start. Two hours after calling the service center, which led us to a warehouse a few miles away. Store owner was able to get the mower started and then told us that It was not authorized workshop Poulan Pro and were not sent to. Got lawn mower at home and soon returned to the default "no start" mode. A couple of hours later and a trip to a fluid source and we were in business. Fast-forward two months and we're back to the starting point.
When it works, it's fine. But when it doesn't, it would have been nice to have a store to drive this POS back to and dump at their feet.
