D. Levine This has been a nightmare. I bought the Toro self propelled mower TWO months ago and on the 4th (FOURTH) use, the engine died. The repairman tells me the engine needs to be replaced, and after numerous emails to Toro, they will not honor the warranty, will not help with repair and will not credit my money. They tell me that even though the oil was FULL and NEW when I bought it, that I failed to change the oil (remember, I only used it 4 times) so it's MY fault. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this or any TORO ... I will NEVER buy a TORO again.
